Our leadership team possesses extensive expertise in navigating the complexities of our chosen industries and the public listed environment.  With a strong track record of successful establishment of multiple thriving companies in sectors such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, food, commercial property, renewable energy and mining, our group consolidation was the natural progression to capitalise on the optimisation of value creation for all stakeholders.

We are a multidisciplinary team, with comprehensive skills and experience in fundraising, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and debt restructuring, including securitisation.

Executive Management
